Firstly, you should make a saffron water mixture to cook these saffron Sweets. Add 1/4 teaspoon of saffron to 2 tablespoons of Water in a cup. At that time, Cover the cup whit Cellophane and Let it soak for 20 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup sugar to 1/3 cup Water and bring it to a boil with medium heat. Then, boil it for 5-10 minutes (Until Thickness).
