Firstly, to cook this saffron Sweets , you should make a saffron water mixture. For this, Add 1/4 tea spoon saffron to 2 tablespoon Water in a cup. at that time, Cover the cup whit Cellophane and Let it soak for 20 minutes.
In a pot, add 1/2 cup sugar to 1/3 cup Water and bring it to a boil with medium heat. Then, boil it for 5-10 minutes (Until Thickness).
Now, Add Saffron Water to sugar water mix and mix them together to make it completely blended.
Then, add 1/4 tea spoon Cardamom Powder and 140 grams Almond meal/flour to it.
Allow to cool down.
Finally, chop it to desired piece.
